Summer Rates: (April 1 until Ironman in October)

Added to the above prices is 11.25% State tax.
We do offer a flat fee for stays of 28 days or more. Please call for pricing.
Please note: A minumum stay of 5 days is required!
For stays of less that one week, a cleaning fee of $45 will be charged. |

Reservation Info
A security deposit of $200 is due upon at the time of reservation to hold the
unit. Full payment to be received no later than 30 days before your arrival.
Upon departure and inspection of unit, the security deposit will be returned.
Checks
are accepted or the Pay Now button can be used to pay your reservation deposit
and security fee. Only checks are accepted for full rental payment and can be
made out to Jeff Glass.
Should you wish to cancel your reservation, you will receive
a full refund if you cancel up to 30 days before arrival date. If you cancel
within 30 days of arrival, you will be charged one half the rental fee, unless
the Condo can be rented for any part of your scheduled stay, you will be refunded
in full for those days.
